I just put the new stuff plug downloaded from the official site and i signed in and was making some configs n it was ok ..... then i put in some tabs .... it was ok. then i read the other thread of mine and i went to turn on word filter and as i was about to type a message a contact from the forums here msg'ed me. Immediately mess. crashed 
I re-signed in and i opened the convo window to the same user and it crashed again 
Whats wrong ??? 
And oh yeah ...... HHHHHEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP !!!!!!!
This happens everytime i upgrade from the 1st msg mess. 7 beta 
But this one is Cool

bah.... i have the same problem of it crashing every 5 secs after signing in. read from somewhere that
1) if you are using a linksys (or something like that) router, you will have to disable "block WAN requests"
2)go into your documents folder and change the name of "My chat logs" and "my received files"
both might be wrong, i can't remember it properly

I only update ... i install the new copy over the old one I updated messenger and not plus..... plus i am still downloading and has given me an error 4 times

It has to do with the new way that Msn 7 updates the log files. You can read it on the microsoft website.. anyway i still did not got my msn 7 to work.. so im with 6.2.. they said that they "should" fix it "soon"

MSN 7.0.0777 is the most unstable version of MSN i've ever used, every single BETA i've ever used has crashed less than the final msn 7, i use the first public beta of msn 7 atm and its never crashed once afaik, MSN 7.0.0777 crashed every minute or less etc :/
