Just curious if it's disabled or not working cause I don't have a reputation but that's ok

your rep is 0 (Neutral) so its not displayed in the "mini profile" (
)

Nope you don't have a reputation point yet, but when you do it will appear under your name.
When you reach 100 posts, you can give reputation points out to other helpful and deserving members.

Just to tell, as you see now, you have 1 postive reputation, you can see it in Mini-profile.
