i dont know if this has been posted before but...somebody send my an instant message saying "it's you" with a link so i clicked on the link and now it send the message i recived to everybody on my contact list...YES I KNOW I'M A DUMBASS FOR CLICKING THE LINK *SIGH* but can anybody help me out

Looks like you've been a victim of the worm: W32.Bropia, comes in the form of a *.pif right?...
well, you can download the removal tool from here:
Bropia Removal
it will remove the following:
- W32.Bropia
- W32.Bropia.J
- W32.Bropia.N
- W32.Bropia.P

You probably found the latest new words like "its you" for the .pif file to come in.

nah my msn just randomly sends out instant messages....anyways thanks for the removal tool but half of my contacts blocked me 
oh well.... thanks for the quick and positive response well until i have another messed up problem i'm out...laterz

Yes, if you just opened a browser window by clicking the link, and you didn't accept the download popup, then you're probably safe...
