There is no feature like this as Microsoft has fixed the protocol bug.

well there is oen way except it requires someone else. Tell someone to add the person who u think blocked u and they can tell if there offline or online.
Thats the only way i think u could do it.

but u'r right. it does not detect blocking at all, none of the notifiers. and that option is no longer available in the new messengerdiscovery.

Well i dont know nothing abou that feature..
but if u need help to see whos blocking u, theres is a web page that really works! www.msngeeks.com , u can check it out n know right away whos blockin' u and see the nick-name that theyr usin' ...

yes we know but its not accurate if they have block all others not on there allow list
