I cannot receive file through MsgPlus from my contacts .It is blocked, i want to know how I can raise the block.Who can help me out.

Blocked extensions.. maybe that is what you are talking about.. MSN change some settings and blocked some extensions that ''May be virus'' you can download the MessPatch from Mess.be 
it removes the blocked extensions thingy

patchs are illegal. So i think ud prefer using stuffplug which is a plugin for messenger plus!
