How can I send sound in a conversation,
my speaker on the right is not there

You can do one of two things; either enable the small toolbar in the conversation window or send a sound from another way.
To enable the toolbar:
- In the main window, go to Plus! / Preferences
- Click the Instant Messages button
- Check "Enhance the toolbar with Messenger Plus! features"
To send a sound from the conversation window without enabling the toolbar:
- In the conversation window, go to Plus! / Send an Emotion Sound (or Plus! / Send command > Built-in Sounds)

When I check "Enhance the toolbar with Messenger Plus! features", only "!" appear

What version of MSN Messenger you use, and what version of Messenger Plus! you use? Can you open a covnersation with someone and type (!VER) and send.

try updating to the most recent version of plus on the main page
