Good news for Opera Browser users......

Opera Software today launched the highly anticipated new version of its browser, Opera 8 for Windows and Linux. Internet users can now surf the Web faster, safer and easier than before. Opera 8 is a substantial upgrade from previous versions, and includes new features such as a unique security information field that indicates the trustworthiness of banking and shopping Web sites and voice interaction capabilities. The new version of Opera also introduces an advanced page-resizing function that adapts Web pages to fit the width of any screen or window. Today's release for Windows is available in English, German, Dutch and Polish, with more languages to follow. The Linux version is available in English, also with more languages to come. A beta version of Opera 8 for Mac (English) is also available today.

nope I dont (on my normal computer)  for quite a few resons but I wont list them.
I do like how they have added User scripts (firefox uses can achive the same thing through greasemonkey).
for those who dont know what user scripts are there javascript which runs on user defined pages the uses for this is just amazing.
eg Im developing a userscript for GM that allows you to edit the css of any page and save it and have it auto reload when you next vist.

anyway I find opera is a good alternative to firefox , I use it on my mobile because its way faster than the defult mobile one and small screen rendering

I've been an Opera user for years... long before the time of FireFox/Mozilla being so popular. I'm currently using 8.00 Beta 3 and I'm quite happy with it... works great and rarely crashes. I'll probably upgrade to Final soon. BTW, here's the changelog for Beta 3 -> Final...

I use firefox aswell. It's much faster then IE.
But i'm happy with firefox
