hi,
the custom name tag (!CN) does not work for ppl that are not on my contact list,
(yes, with custom name set)
it sends the person e-mail

Since they are not in your contact list Plus! doesn't have a way to cross reference the email with the name. It is a limitation but probably could be fixed.
This can occur if you have the person on your list with a custom name and delete them.

the e-mail and custom name of the contact still on custom names list
but it send the e-mail with (!CN)
