Hola, de acuerdo al diccionario Larousse un zumbido es un buzz, que tiene que ver mas con un ruido. Un nudge es mas como un empujoncito.

true, but messenger uses "zumbido" and we have to use the same terminology as it, as long as possible.
cierto, pero messenger usa "zumbido" y debemos usar su misma terminología, dentro de lo posible.
