This is just a really small bug, but I figured I'd submit it anyway.
Simply put, on MSN Messenger 7, in a contact window, if you press ALT + P (which used to open the Plus! dropdown menu) you get the Packs menu instead. Since ALT + L and ALT + U are already used for other things, you might have to change it to ALT + S as I don't think that does anything...yet lol.

I think you're saying the same as me but i'll just say it to make sure. If you press ALT and let go then press 'P', the plus menu will drop down.

That is true, but most people hold down the button (and like Shezi said, this shows up an underlined P) while pressing the other button, I do believe that the delay from letting go of ALT before pressing P thing is to help less abled users perform shortcut commands.
Anyway, it would be just easier to change the letter used to an unused letter, but it's up to Patchou

It opens the Plus menu for me if I press Alt+P or Press Alt then release and press p...

Are you sure you're not trying this in the contact list window? We're talking about the conversation window.

Sorry, you are right 
. But nothing happends if I press Alt + P in a conversation, not with that ugly bar on top or not.
