Today, I was messing around with photoshop and made this.

I get a 403 error when i click on the link. (Same as choli)
but im guessing from your post that your trying to place text on an image using php. If im wroung please correct me.
But im right then have a look at The php image functions especially imagefttext, imagepstext, imagestring and imagettftext
Although i could be compleatly wroung in what you want to do
