hey I lately installed adsense.. now ive signed up and been accepted, the only problem is that everytime i go to see my report, well nothing's showing.. i tried to go on my site where the page is.. http://www.geocities.com/l_p_15/vpoems.html , i cliked on the commercial, searched for something.. but nothing is showing.. so I thought I might not be able to count myself because of my IP.. so I asked my friends, still nothing's showing. any clue anyone??

could this have anything to do with the "channels" thingy?

or maybe i have to wait a little before it starts to show?

30 mintues usually is the time to wait for it to count a click

Depends on what kind of ad is displayed, I've had them as cheap as 6 cents, I've gotten paid as much as 2.35 for a click.

It pays out in the end, they've recently incorporated a LOT of new methods to make you more money.

Hey!! If you tell people to click on them, Google gets angry! I always click them (the ads) when I support the project, and dislike the sponsor :gfdrin: (I always feel bad if I click on (an ad of) something I like, knowing I won't buy their stuff but cost them money anyway)

its cuz i got some poems i dont want anyone to read.. thats why..

EDIT :  I got another problem now..

now that google has given me ads that match my site, well the ads im showing are rlly cheap.. and i wouldnt mind chaging back to other ads even though they have no link what so ever to my site content, anyone has a clue how to do that?

Uh i get more cos i have the adverts on about 6 different websites and i get quite a few visitors

Thats the reason why. So many sites and they r quite popular. Killercarrot, mpsounds.net etc :)
I bet he must have 200 - 300 + visitors a day on most sites :)

i've only made $210 since feb 2004, but it pays for the hosting, the domain and a bit extra =P
