I thought the music was better, lol on the commercial they show the best part of it..

I didn't see the commercial because I live in Europe, but I followed Fraisie's tip, and if you mean this commercial, then it indeed is 'Take me out' by Franz Ferdinand. I like the band, try some other songs as well like 'This Fire' (available in Burnout 3 
)

I tried searching for a download of the song. Didn't get very far.
