it isnt working and im using windows media player any ideas how to get it to work?

Have you turned it on in your msn messenger?

Click on the arrow next to your personal message and select Turn on what im listening to

If that doesn't work, open Windows media player and click

Tools > Plugins > Msn Messenger Music plugin

And enable it
