Could someone make a plugin where you can choose the option to pin more emoticons to the My Emoticons Panel?

And could a plugin be made to decrease the size of wink previews in the My Winks Panel? and be able to pin the ones you want into it?

ah yes, thats a great idea!
I would certainly find it useful
(esp as i have 200winks and about 500 Ces)

For the CEs, why not use Plus's own panels?
