Does anyone know what font is used in the XP Start button?  I've found some that are similar, but I don't think its the same.

Franklin Gothic Medium, Italic.

I'd say MS Sans Serif, but them I'm using Classic theme.

Edit: And on my PC it's Tahoma :)

Yes, but the XP Theme uses Franklin :p I know that from hex editing and from StyleXP :D

By the way, you can change the font on the Classic theme, but I dont think your able to on the XP Theme.

I guessed you were talking about the XP theme, hence why I said Classic :refuck:
Anyway, if you can find out the font, surely there's a way to change it? *-)

Not many, unless you edit the msstyle.. of course, I THINK thats the only way 8-)
