I expected this to have been reported before but I can't find anything with the search engine so maybe not...
Today I backed up my Messenger Plus! settings, reinstalled Windows (three times 
), reinstalled MsgPlus then restored my settings. I then found that my desktop contacts were just randomly placed around the screen rather than in a nice line at the top of my screen where they were before. To make it worse their positions are all locked as they were before so I have to unlock them before I can move them back... Pain in the rear end, really...
Is this by design or is this a bug of some sort?
Edit: They're also all at their default size....

Yeah I have the same problem its annoying and it has been in the last five or more versions of plus, It seems that saving your settings/pref file somewhere helps to stop it happening everytime you restart your machine (as used to happen to me) but when you reinstall plus and import the settings back it makes your desktop look like a bomb site!
