If you didn't already know, you can get a free upgrade from 300k to 1mb.
But you've got to ring them. It's completely free.

Personally I found this a little bit of a farce, when BT were upgrading people they didn't do it by making you have to find out and phone up. It was just automatic,

4 days until i get a broadband upgrade from 512 Kb Down to 2048 Down 
Though the 128 Kb Up will continue
