Unfortunately, no EULA of any kind can be located on the msgplus website for the core msgplus product. Can anyone assist in find out exactly what the licensing is for the core product and if there are any different stipulations for Corporations wishing to distribute throughout their intranet? Hello, RE: Licensing for Corporate Entities by Chrono on 05-25-2005 at 01:20 AM
i found this on the website, it might be of some help quote: RE: Licensing for Corporate Entities by techtracer on 05-31-2005 at 09:45 PM
The Problem is that the EULA only applies to the sponsorware. There is no EULA that I can find that clearly states that Corporations are exempt from any charges if they distribute the software w/ in their infrastructure w/o the sponsorware. You know legal.... they need it in some unambiguous wording before they will sign off on it. RE: Licensing for Corporate Entities by albert on 05-31-2005 at 09:49 PM
