Hi !
my friend has just got a problem with MSN MESSENGER , She has win Xp .
the problem is that when she opens the new msn messanger 7.0 at the point when she try to open it suddenly it disapears and i can't sing in
she Reinstalled msn many times couldnt help . .she can use Windows messenger with out any problem .. But can Log In To msn Any one can help with this

This can be caused by many reasons.
- One of which being the Handwriting plugin which is installed (but not needed for MSN Messenger 7).
- Or Smiley Central which is installed (it does conflict with Messenger Plus!)

- Or it can be a cache problem in MSN Messenger itself.

- Or it can be... anything else...
==> Also state the full and exact MSN Messenger version. This can be found in menu: Help > item: About MSN Messenger, and is in the form of 7.0.0???. The latest MSN Messenger version is 7.0.0813, if your friend doesn't have that version then he/she needs to upgrade first by going to http://messenger.msn.com/.
