When people sign in and send you a message you get the pop up thing, however is there a way to make your own pop up? say for example a circle or a animal shape etc? So when someone signs in the toast look different.

i dont like skins lol, just something to make some peoples notifications stand out a bit more etc

Not without making your own toast system.
Keep an eye on my (new) site: I may upload a toast-making tutorial at some point.
