I've started a new skin, this one is a Tiger theme. Here are a few screenshots so far of my progress. I dont really have much to show for the conversation window yet though.

isnt there a Copyright on naming things "Tiger" since MacOSX has released Tiger?

A copyright on tiger? It wouldnt stand long if challenged in a court.
Maybe a trademark, which applied to the technology industry.

Animal: There won't be anything wrong with calling it Tiger, it could be anything though, I think I'd be more worried about the actual skinning, it's illegal to edit the *.exe file, and this is what he is doing.
Anyway, it's actually a really nice skin, I'll use it for sure.

Can you make the installation of the new skin with options like "leave the tabs" and all the stuff that MSN Messenger has... I mean, only change the skin of MSN...
Because I use Mess Patch for messenger, and I use a lot the tabs....
So a skin with options like mess patch would be awesome!!...

Nice skin, can't wait for the release, may actually be a skin I would like to use. *Tasha is still waiting for longhorn to be released for the latest MSN
And, as traxor said, there wouldn't be any copyright on the name Tiger, because a tiger is an animal, thus it could be referring to something to do with the animal, or anything really.

Okay, so here is a pic of the conversation window.
Most of the buttons have NOT been skinned yet, just the core graphics so far. I'll be changing the send, toolbar, etc etc....

yeh but it isnt themed like the animal its themed like their thingie
