I plan to make a website where people can leave requests for Signatures and Avatars... for now, it'll be just me.. I'll find more peolpe as I go...

For the cheap/free domain, you could do what I do, sign up on Ctech.ca ( which is 200 MB free ) with ftp, php, but no MySQL yet thought, exept for that the service is rlly 2 thumbs up

Then you could get a DNS at short url, they have some nice endings, you can check it out here : http://www.shortURL.com

i think im good with photoshop and i used to do siggies and avis but its just that ppl wanted me to make them and i kinda gave up on that but i will be more than happy to make some grafix for the website..just PM and tell me what is on ur mind if u want

www.joynic.com has good free domains.
They have ads, but you can disable them in the control panel.
They offer lots of subdomains like us.tt, uk.tt, ca.tt, ...

im ok at photoshop and practising.. so id be glad to help with sigs and what not

Im not sure about other free domains - .tk is the only one I have ever heard of. lol. Domains are pretty cheap anyway nowadays. .co.uk's can be as low as £2, if you look around. Im sure many countries have equivalently low prices on similar domains.

In order:

Blue.jpg - the first header design I did. Not to good, and not finished, but the concept seemed nice.

fourjays.jpg - This is one of my later concept designs. I was going to use it to design my own website (gonna start development next week). I wasn't too sure about it in the end. Its got a kind of glassy effect, meaning you could put any picture on a background layer, and it would look like it is behind glass.

sleekblue.jpg - This is my most recent. I did this for a friend, and it is fully completed in terms of design and basic code (for him to modify). One of my personal favs.

sunset.jpg - Another one of my early header designs. This is the best one IMO, although I also did one in green, yellow, red and blue.

PS: Constructive criticism is welcome regarding the designs - can only help me improve. Also note that all except sleekblue are concept design, and are in no way finished.
