Alright well here is the deal. I am able to chmod...I just don't know how....I found the option in smartftp and I click it...I got a window so I put in 0777 and then lcick ok then got another window.....I then put 0777 inside there too and pressed ok.....I then opened http://louhabs.xmgfree.com/sig/msn.php and it gives me errors.....help?

Probably a bit offtopic, but here goes:
If you have SSH access (or even Telnet, but SSH is actually secure), I recommend logging in and setting permissions that way instead. A few 'chmod 777 <file>' works wonders where FTP programs can sometimes fail to make the change.
