I am sorry but this makes absolutly no sense. What doesn't work exactly? What are you trying to do? Where are you getting the winks from?

and it work with me
but other didnot seit

There's Other company's giving out Winks for free Legaly, But you need some sort of Wink Installer found somewhere on the internet.
