When you or a contact has a cam on, the "last message recieved at blah blah" messsage is replaced by Connection Established. However If they start typing, it does go away to replace with the "contact is typing a message" message.

You've guessed it already. How about a feature / plug in allowing u too see when the last message was recieved whilst a cam / cam's  is /are on?

Very nice idea... haha... I guess if the person has the camera focused on themselves you can tell if they're typing... but since most people talk to more than one person, it would be preety helpful.

you could use the stuffplug ng timestamps as "last sent/received/whatever" checker. they are way more effective. i have actually started using them instead of that little notice as "last sent/received" checker, even when the webcam is off

Thats a great idea, at the mo I have to use Plus Quotes to see what time the last message was received

Yeah... It's definately a good idea (as I think I said before)... especially cause the timestamps just clutter up the conversation to me... They get in the way and stuff and are plain annoying... The send quote way of checking isn't that bad... I do that sometimes anyways... But we don't need it written out in big words that the conection is established, when you can tell by looking at the video feed....

Anyone gonna have a go at creating it then?

i know, some1 said somethin about it before, but nothin yet. i reckon it should be implemted in plus! though if everyone likes it that much
