is there any program that would change my wallpaper acording to my local weather contidions? but with a cool background
like when is rainig it would change to somsthing like this

then sunny

I don't think there is, I have never came across one, and google search doesn't come up with anything that's good.

ok how about a simpler one have u seen all those diff version of the XP bliss same hills but diff sky when is morning a mornign background
and later a sun set and then a nigh sky at night
or may i will try to make the program that will change the backgrounds as time chnages
