This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an assosication in the Folder Options control panel.
I get that when i try to open my command promt 
now ALL my exe files are saying that message
Fixed: Attachment included
Mods i have left this posted incase others experience the same problem.

What was the reason? Was it like the SirCam virus?

Errrr........ That patch does alot more than fix the problem 
in fact, it breaks runas aswell
all you need in the file is
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command]
@="\"%1\" %*"

I don't know the reason, I did have a virus though, mentioned in my other thread.

True but this is an easier way for people not so familiar with the Registry (like moi)
