msg plus offers only the opportunity to set the font's name of the contacts' conversations how to set also the color ?? cuz sometimes, some contacts puts horrible colors...

You can disable the use of colors and text style if you wish, this can be done in the Plus! preferences panel.
1. In your Messenger main window (contact list), select the "Plus!" menu, and then select "Preferences...". A new window, called "Messenger Plus! - Preferences" will appear.
2. On the left side of the "Messenger Plus! - Preferences" window, select the "Contact List" section, you will now see all the general contact list options.
3. To disable colors and text style in the contact list, uncheck the box in front of "Display formatting attributes in the contact list". Check the box to enable this feature.
4. Press "OK" when you're done.

there is an option to "Override Text Format" in the Plus! menu in a conversation window, this makes your contacts font look like yours.
EDIT: so you dont have to do this for every contact, check this box in Plus! Preferences

i have similar problem, and this override text format only solved half of my problems
the original problem was that some of my contacts using different fonts, which with my bigger screen resolution i cannot read without copying it to a notepad file. so, i turned on this override text format option which is kinda nice, but i cannot easily see what is my and what is his/her text, cuz both are the same.
to the coders of Messenger Plus: could you please enhance this feature, that i can set what to be the overided text format? color and font type + bold italic so would kick ass...
