Photoshop Elements Error - Printable Version

Why do I get the error "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information"
I can't re-install it to fix the problem... is there any registry keys that might fix the problem?

I did try google, but no luck. I was wondering if anyone had Photoshop Elements here and could tell me the registries to see what I was missing.Oh well. I probably won't be able to get it working
A while back, my computer had a problem and to fix it, programs were uninstalled and got all messed up so now I have lots of things like that
