Hi,

I cant acces my log files (Messenger Plus log files) by clicking right on the persons name then Messenger Plus! Extra's >> Show logbook (I translated that because i have the dutch version).

When I click it it gives a error: "The asked logfile cant be displayed" (also translated).

Also when I try to go to the folder where all the logfiles ar by clicking on Plus! in msn then on Open Logfilefolder it sort of gives the same error.

I can acces the files by just going to the directory and then open them, but Messenger Plus cant open them.

In my Preferences of plus @ logging I have this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\Floris\Mijn documenten\Mijn gesprekgeschiedenis

I have this directory in the Archiving tab:
C:\Documents and Settings\Floris\Mijn documenten\Mijn gesprekgeschiedenis

And this is the directory where the files are in:
C:\Documents and Settings\Floris\Mijn documenten\Mijn gesprekgeschiedenis

So they are all the same, so I really dont know what the problem is.

I already tried to reinstall Messenger Plus but that didn't work.

I have MSN Messenger 6.2.0205 and Messenger Plus! 3.54.132 (both the dutch version).

On your computer press CTRL+ALT+DEL

You want to click on the Processes tab (second on at the top). Look for msmsgs.exe, if you find it end the process and try and shutdown MSN Messenger and reopen it.
