i have contacts (normal ones) and i think they are perfect, you dont need colored contacts, and IMO i think they look weird too

well they are not for 'looks' they are for playing
better eye sight

well still, i dont like the idea that they are going on the white area, and contacts tend to slip in ur eye causing blurrinessso u have to blink once or twice or even touch ur closed eye to move it back into place..

i bet its hard to get used to them too

yea, they are like sunglasses in ur eyes, they feel cool cuz u can look everywhere without moving ur head and see the same color or stuff, but u'll get used to them eventually

these arn't contacts, just sunglasses contacts touch your eye directly, and unless i'm missing them, these don't touch your eye

They are contact lenses even the site says so under browse product section. but yes the site does have glasses too...

I don't get why contact lenses have become a fashion. They are meant for people with bad eyesight, but nooo.. now we have ones that change your eye colour, make you look like you have tiger pattenered eyes, make you have a flag on your eye, etc... I mean jeez...

They could be dangerous for playing anyway, couldn't they?

may be it depends on the country web site i went to thet USA nike web site
and they are not just for fashion they make your sight better when playing outdoors, they are desiged be used when playing sports so i dont thik they are so dangerous

They have made those for a long time now  I saw them at the Eyedoctor place like a year ago...

tbh, that still can be dangerous, trust me, when you get the ball in the fase coming at about 100 KM/H , these glasses still will break, hopefully they will simply not harm you, the best thing to do, for SOCCER at least, is to get some contact lense.

then seem ok how much does normal contac lenses cost? a lense is a lense right?

Contact lenses with colour and patterns are usually like 30 bucks. These though i dont think are realyl worth it cus one little piece of dirt underneath it, or if it slides around in your eye and youre gonna have to lose your focus and fiddle with them for a bit so you can see again.

I want theatrical contact lenses. But I hate the idea of putting contacts in...i know, it's perfectly safe, but it still makes me queesy.

I was reading about them in the BBC Focus the other day, they look really cool, I honestly don't know how they would work, but at least they help people see better...

Me and Joe (Negro_Joe) were going to buy some coloured ones, like cats eyes are something, and wear them to school...

I think I may have to do that once my eye infection goes.

Waste of money in my opinion.
