Anyone had this program appear in the manager before?
If so how do I remove it?

Judging by the icon, it is a VB program...
Look into your c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32 for that filename. Zip it and send it to me
--------------
To remove it:
1) Make sure it isn't started on startup. If so delete the specific registry key. To check for startup processes DO NOT use msconfig, but rather use a program like Sysinternals' Autoruns. See here for more on this.
-
Another note on this, if it is a service you can't simply clear a registry key for that. And you need to be carefull not to damage your Windows as it could be a legit service. To turn off services start up "services.msc".
2) Reboot PC in safe mode
3) Find the file on your hdd and remove it
--------------
But make sure the file is not part of the Windows system as it seems that there also exists a legit lckfldservice.exe used for locking and hiding directories (although I doubt the legit file would have the VB icon as shown in your screenshot).
