hello!
you guys must be tired about this, but i really can't get a 250mb inbox! i tried to register so many hotmail accounts, in so many countrys... and i never get a 250mb inbox, i get 2mb if i register in afganistan, 25mb if i register in london...
can someone help me please? what do i have to do? thanks

You have to wait until hotmail upgrade it which can take some time. All you can do is wait

It IS possible! 
Scito.nl has a tutorial on how 2 boost ur inbox 2 25mb. Then, if u keep ur modified settings 4 a month, it will boost 2 250 mb.
This is a Dutch tutorial, so u will have 2 use a web translator or sumthing if ur not Dutch. Anyway, here is the link.

just change ur profile location into USA , search for a zip code via yahoo, and it will work!

I got mine almost right away. I don't even live in the certain areas that you need to be in to recieve 250
