can anybody tell me here how you can send multiple nudges at once?!?!?!!? my friends do it all the time and they wont tell mee.

Patches affect the actual program (which in this case is Msn Messenger). I'm pretty sure that there aren't any Msg Plus! plugins which have multiple nudges as a feature.
