I was reading on a blog.....
"MSN Messenger 7.5.0303 has apparently been released to Microsoft Beta Newsgroups, just no-one has really noticed yet.
So if you’re a beta tester go to the newsgroups. "
Anyone know about this?

OMG! It's a patch, not a full version and it's already been leaked... Damn fast.
Edit: Patch size: 653 KB
But strange... when I try to install this patch I get the error code 1642... :/
Edit˛: Alright, alright... This patch only works if you have MSN Messenger 7.5.0299 ENGLISH.

Yep it's just a patch, but it doesn't say what bugs the Patch fixes.

I think its just a "security update" lol like the other one for 777_to_813 as it was named 
- MS probably forgot something when they rushed the release of 7.5

Well, A-Patch is already out for 7.5.0303, so why don't you upgrade and patch it right away?
Look for link in my signature to see comparison between A-Patch and MessPatch, I guess you will find that A-Patch is just as good as MessPatch. Both of them have a few features that they are alone having, but most of the features are covered by both patches.
