hello .... i need to edit an image, gotta buy photoshop next week.. but i was gonna ask u if u know a photo editing software thats free.. cant find a good one, to use it meanwhile...

GIMP 
Not as advanced as Photoshop, but more stuff than paint. Plus it's open source and therefore completely free.

Does gimp have the wand thing like ps does to make a good outline of an image unlike paint?

Well sorry to put out this thread, but no link works for me. The software Paint doesn't work on my machine, and the first one, I can't have the download page. Ouch, I really need some help !!
