HELP!!!!!!!! whenever i go to sign into msn
it wont let me!!!! a message comes up saying that i should troubleshoot
it but i tride that and it didnt work!!!!

[color=white]Are you sure it's not your internet connection?... Make sure your internet is connected correctly. I don't think the servers are down, caus emine works.
And! Do you have MSN 7.0 or MSN 7.5... 7.5 isn't fully compatible with Msg Plus!

well messenger plus isn't fully compatible with 7.5... sometimes stuffplug-NG is the problem... but the new version of Plus! comes out the 27th of September....

do you have custom names on? try turning them off

i cant trun offf my custon names because it wont let me on!!!!!!!!!
and the main problem is that...wellll it say the service is temporarly unavailable but everyone else says that they can go on?????? and the it says that i can trouble shoot it...

The error message seems to be related to this issue, although I don't know why.

Do you have a firewall? Is it configured to let u run msgplus and msn messenger?
Try killing msgplus.exe to see if its the real cause of you not being able to connect, to do so :
CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Go In "Processes"
End the program "msgplus.exe"
Try To login again, if it doesnt work, then msgplus has nothing to do with it, if it does, you might have an application, as a firewall, blocking msgplus.exe?

it doesnt say end program...it says end proceessss..do i click that..what will it do???

Did you configure it?
To know if the problem comes from your firewall, turn it off, try connecting to msn messenger, if it works, it has soemthing to do with it, if not, it's another problem.
