theyre Dynamic Display Pictures... the cost like $3... and no you can't make your own for free...

not to sure what it is you want to know ... the 'section' is in the same 'section' as where you change your display picture on msn...

its not possible... sorry...
1 - it uses .swf flash files (AFAIK)
2 - they need to be digitally signed... (so people cant create their own - security reasons...)
