Yes, i also get a popup containing: "1" RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-26-2005 at 10:11 PM i only got it once thought and i keep refreashing the page RE: surprises with mess.be by jren207 on 09-26-2005 at 10:15 PM Mess.be usually have a pop-up ad that appears only once a day. This is so you don't get annoyed by an ad each time, so refreshing will not make it appear until 24 hours. It seems that the ad is malfunctioning and giving an error. I noticed the '1' alert, I also noticed it on another site that has ads. Maybe they need to fix the pop-up ad. RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-26-2005 at 10:19 PM its not the pop up ad, because we have our blockers on, so they never open... RE: surprises with mess.be by RebelSean on 09-26-2005 at 10:38 PM That has been getting reported on the forums quite a bit recently. I don't know whats up with it, but tommorrow there will be a new site launched and hopwfully it will be fixed. And before people ask for previews, the staff doesn't even have a sneak peak yet . RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-26-2005 at 10:46 PM
quote: whats your source on that, i've heard the new site is far from complete RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-26-2005 at 11:09 PM Remember XxRebelSeanxX is a mess.be moderator RE: surprises with mess.be by RebelSean on 09-27-2005 at 12:20 AM
Not just because I'm a moderator. Take a look at this: RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-27-2005 at 12:25 AM yeah well Zero1 has now discounted the possibility of the new site today. RE: surprises with mess.be by RebelSean on 09-27-2005 at 12:27 AM
Wait till tommorrow, lets just say something got sent. RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-27-2005 at 01:26 AM
mess.be isn't loading for me RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-27-2005 at 01:39 AM Yeah the server has gone down again for the 3rd time in the last few hours.....maybe they are updating something, or could be just the strains placed on it beacuse of the early msgplus release.... RE: surprises with mess.be by MeEtc on 09-27-2005 at 02:14 AM
mess.be is just a big RE: surprises with mess.be by RebelSean on 09-27-2005 at 03:03 AM Zero1 told me earlier, the download is raping the servers. I'll try to get ahold of Phil, the server admin, to see if he can get things back up. RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-27-2005 at 03:12 AM lol, maybe it wasn't such a good idea to release plus on the mess.be servers a day early RE: surprises with mess.be by Ben on 09-27-2005 at 04:17 AM Any link to a mirror of the mess.be version? RE: surprises with mess.be by wj on 09-27-2005 at 05:08 AM
quote: Patchou does not want the mess.be version mirrored. It's not all that special anyways RE: surprises with mess.be by Stigmata on 09-27-2005 at 06:36 AM

im sure its a new design. the server failure is just a cover up RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-27-2005 at 08:00 AM A server failure for nearly 6 hours? The servers must have really been stuffed with the MsgPlus downloads RE: surprises with mess.be by ipab on 09-27-2005 at 08:13 AM well dwergs.com should be hosted on the same server and its up so im guessing its all a big cover up RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-27-2005 at 08:16 AM
forum is down too......If it is a cover there is no reason the forum should be down......unless..... RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-27-2005 at 08:28 AM haha, maybe there just doing this to make you think there gonna update everything, and then they just do nothing... It sounds like something they'd do RE: RE: surprises with mess.be by Ben™ on 09-27-2005 at 08:32 AM
quote:No, we won't be updating to IPB 2.1.1 until Zero1 can confirm everything will work with 2.1.1. There is a lot more that has been done to that board than you may think RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-27-2005 at 08:35 AM Somebody wake up Phil RE: surprises with mess.be by Ben™ on 09-27-2005 at 08:55 AM Ok guys, I have some new information. It isnt a coverup, I know that much. I think DNS has died or something. RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-27-2005 at 08:58 AM any idea when its gonna be back up? RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-27-2005 at 09:09 AM Its back now RE: surprises with mess.be by hmaster on 09-27-2005 at 05:47 PM just found out what another thing is going to be (besides the w2m invites) RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-27-2005 at 05:57 PM

RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-28-2005 at 12:56 AM some birthday, this is the third time that its been down in the last couple of days RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-28-2005 at 01:00 AM
well all these special things (Web2Messenger invites, Early pLus release, and Customess 2.5) are putting a very unusually high strain on the servers. Its to be expected... RE: surprises with mess.be by King Of Chaos on 09-28-2005 at 02:06 AM Man I have never seen Mess.be crash like that within days. RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-28-2005 at 02:10 AM niether, isnt there still another lot of web2msn invites left aswell? i only have alerts for 3, didn't they say there was 4? RE: surprises with mess.be by MeEtc on 09-28-2005 at 02:12 AM theres 50 left. 100-200 have already gone. (i got one ) RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-28-2005 at 02:15 AM lucky you, i left the computer for about 10 minutes, in that 10 minutes the first batch was released, and all taken RE: surprises with mess.be by dennis on 09-28-2005 at 02:22 AM you know what i think about mess.be? i hate it i got 7 viruses from it... RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-28-2005 at 02:24 AM
Your hate results from ignorance. RE: surprises with mess.be by RebelSean on 09-28-2005 at 02:29 AM
Well, not to be by hatin on Mess.be or anything, it was kinda ignorant to think that all there servers could hold an huge additional strain as such a program as Msgplus. The servers are already riding at maximum capacity as it is without such an exclusive, then to not have any mirror list is kinda stupid. RE: surprises with mess.be by NiteMare on 09-28-2005 at 02:29 AM still crashed RE: surprises with mess.be by dennis on 09-28-2005 at 02:31 AM PLUS like 80% of the downloads dont work RE: RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-28-2005 at 02:33 AM
quote: but wasnt MsgPlus! mess.be edition still on the MsgPlus! Servers? RE: surprises with mess.be by prashker on 09-28-2005 at 02:35 AM

It's the DNS that keeps crapping out. RE: surprises with mess.be by -rafy- on 09-28-2005 at 07:46 AM So its still accessible with the server's ip address? RE: RE: surprises with mess.be by chewy_rox on 09-28-2005 at 07:48 AM
