When Person A starts a conversation, it opens a window that blinks in taskbar...
when person B, C, D... opens a conversation... it's person A that is still blinking...
it will be good to see... "x New Messages (x stands for 2..3..)" or the last person that start a conversation...

I like the idea! It's probably possible to make it a plugin, but I don't have time atm...

The blinking is more to attract your attention. When you open the window, the tabs themselves will also be flashing.
