Is there a way to know if someone is Appearing Offline in Messenger?

Yes, When it says "your contact appears to be offline"
APart from that i dont think there's any other programs!

MsgDiscoveryX has a feature to see when someone signs in "appearing offine" so if your contact is computer literate and has msgdiscoveryx, beware! ^.^
