Okay i've lost the setting, i had it working the other week
I've followed the instructions in F1 Help and I've done all that and it's enabled in toolbars but its not working... anyone had a similar problem?

do you mean the one in the taskbar, so that if you minimise it then it shouws up as a menu in the tasbar.
If so then right click on the taskbar
go to toolbars then enable the Windows Media Player option

control panel>add/remove programs>add/remove windows components and make sure wmp is checked??
