Which web browsers do you use? I want to make a poll asking peoples prefferen browsers, but I'm not sere what options to include, so add to this please.

I use the latest Firefox. I would use the BETA but I can't have the theme and extentions aswell

I use firefox all of the time, I only use Internet Explorer to check if sites are compatible with ie & firefox etc.

This isn't an "advertise your fav browser" thread. If your browser has already been said, please don't "second" it. Only mention a browser if you use it and it hasnt been added already.

If you read the first post, I only want a list of browsers, and the list will go into a poll.

I'm going to collect all the new browser names mentioned and incorporate them into the first post to make it easier now.

Update:
The browsers given so far are now in the first post (I think). If you've already posted, and want to add more, make a new reply instead of editing your old post, because I'll think I already looked at it.

Oh and btw.. I have FF, Opera and IE installed. I usually run on IE, but use FF and Opera just to check if my websites look good in others lol

Installed? Opera, FireFox, IE, Lynx, Maxthon, Netscape. All the latest. Ones I use? Opera pretty much all the time and IE from time to time.

ok , wdz uses opera and alot of other people do ,  chrono uses maxthon (again which quite a few people do) , cookie the last i heard used one of the old netscapes and  I use firefox and so do other people on the forum.

i think if you choose a browser for its security above other features, IMO the one that is not widely used would be more secure cuz no one wants to make a hack for browsers that only few use unless that person really got nothing to do for a living, that's what i would think of it should i have to choose a fav browser.

In my opinion you dont need a good security browser if you have a decent firewall, in my case 3 firewalls.
As long as the browser does as I want it to do I'm happy.
But obviosly if it's got a decent security rating its an extra So not complaining.
Oh and yer I tried to get my mum to use firefox she goes "Dont like it, its not the same as IE6" So I reckon she's set in her old ways

I am currently using Firefox but I'm planning to give Opera a try.

IE6SP1, Opera 8.5

I use Firefox.  I did use opera but firefox is faster.

I used to use Firefox, but I can't now, so I use Opera. My 10 year old sister, my parents and my Grandad all use Firefox.

I'm using Opera because of it's features... I like the new page button and it remembers the last opened tabs, that way you can continue reading the last post in the forum or somewhere else

I've experienced some issues, like finding special plug-ins and some temporary random freezes (about 1 sec), but nothing much to make me go back to IE

Im a firefox user and im happy with it, i like the service much more than IE's

Firefox users we need to get FF to the top!!

Just a little correction, rav0:

Groove is not a gecko-based browser. Infact, I wouldn't consider a browser at all. It is so much more. Google it, it may interest you.

Everyone is now quoting what browser they use. They should read the first post so they know what to actually do.

You can include options by popularity, which you already can see here. Now I don't see any point making poll anymore

I wont be using the list in a poll for some time, and not at this forum when I do, but I don't know where I might.

Now I just want a list because it is already started, and other people have said that they may use this list.
