I think it way work my problum is probably with the installer RE: DivX Error by absorbation on 10-08-2005 at 02:52 PM maybe it didnt register itself in that case you need to be an admin. i may be wrong RE: RE: DivX Error by Val on 10-08-2005 at 02:54 PM
quote:yeah probably but someones got to think of a solution I am thinking of getting someone with a working vertions to just zip all the files that the installer makes in the program files that usaualy works for alot of programs (damn installers! I wish everything was just zip) RE: DivX Error by Sunshine on 10-08-2005 at 03:16 PM
quote:It's not as simple as that, even if you can get that one file it might go on to the next one it won't find..those dlls are in C:\WINDOWS\system32 (and who knows where else)..and the problem remains that you probably can't register those dlls on a non-admin account. Also it's fairly impossible to know every dll and file it installed, it's not restricted to just one folder in Program Files! Seriously, go bother the person owning the adminaccount it's lots quicker and failproof! RE: RE: DivX Error by Val on 10-08-2005 at 03:20 PM
