I can see the .ini file for norwegian language in the folder of messenger plus, but it's not selectable in the preferences... Why?

One way to check if the file is distributed by and compatible with Plus! 3.61 is that, you just open the .ini file and check if "CompatibilityLevel" is set to 3141. If it's set to a smaller value, the language file is not compatible with Plus! 3.61

The latest version of the Norwegian translation can be found at http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=51440 and will work with the latest available version of Messenger Plus!
