i use my taskbar at left of screen with auto-hide. when a message recieves that window blinks and brings up the taskbar front. that annoys me much while working on windows maximized.
saw the new tabbed chats feature thats great! thnx.
i want to be notified only at that bar when a message is recieved. not blinking at task bar. can i do it by myself? or can u add some option like that to plus? please...

If you turn off "auto-activate chatwindows with unread messages" then there won't be anymore taskbarflashes..only the flashing in the tabbar.
To do this go to Plus > preferences > instant messages > tabbed chats and turn off "auto-activate"

It's a lil something one needs to know (not really documented)...more the insides of how Plus! tabbed chat works
Ofcourse this only goes if your chats are tabbed, wich means 2 conversations or more....but that's easily fixed: just open an extra conversationscreen (no need to talk in it).
Welcome to the forums
As you like the taskbar to the left, maybe you like the tabsbar (Group Bar) on the left of the conversationscreen aswell...it's on the same tab as the "auto-activate..."
