I have installed 7.5 with the previous Messenger Plus it worked fine, but it did a automatic update, and now it won't work anymour, I have tried evrything, deleting , instal it again for 10 times it works on my nerves 
only the old messenger works
can anyone help me?

You need to be specific and post any error messages or difficulties you experience
"It wont work" is unable to provide enough information for anyone to help you.

More experience the same problem, see Error with v.3.61. Only happens on MSNM 7.5.0306.
So you can do two things...either not use Plus! till Patchou solved it or downgrade to MSNM 7.0.0816 (available where you normally download MSNM, just alter operating system - Win2000 for an XP compatible version - after you clicked "download").
