i just saw it on neowin, tought on posting it :p, but defender ,, mnnhhh if it really defended it shoul have firewall and anti virus too dont u think?

i dont think it should have both, it'd be to much like Norton an maybe a few other Products

as long as it doesn't eat resources like Norton then it's all fine by me.

This could make windows banned in Korea, yet more of this type.

Well patchou may want to take advantage of the petition as much as possible because Plus without the sponsor insatlled is still considered a threat.

But it dectes adware too which will be hard for some advertising companies.

I think this is another lawsuit for microsoft waiting to happen. they have been sued already for having windows media player bundled with windows, and for having windows messenger bundled as well. i can see some other company suing them for this too. it's 'anticompetitive' apparently
