Well, i'm currently in my 3rd year of high school. I only have about 3 weeks left of this year, and my school needs new sport leaders for when the year 10's depart.

I've always wanted to be a sport leader of Williams House :P - the house that i have been apart of all my years at high school and the house that has won every sport event for the last three years! :banana:

  • Athletics Day
  • The Swimming Carnival
  • Sports Day

Three days ago, i was told by my house leader that he wanted me to nominate for sport leader. Of course, i said yes! And it was today, that i was actually told by my house leader that i'm going to be the sport leader for Williams house next year

I'm really excited about it. I take great pride in participating in sports days and beating the other houses. I can't wait till next year! :grin:


Please do not post anything like 'get a blog'. I'm really excited atm and this is something that i really wanted to share with the community :happy:

i hope to become the head boy next year, we have voting system in our school, the students vote for the nominees, then the pricipal and the vice principal and the departments heads and other ppl interview the candidates and then the posts are decided.

I don't really participate in any sports events at my school, I used to play in the house matches for Football a lot, but I got put off by that when I screwed up my ankle and began to run like a fool...

I am the lazy one in my form :p.

i was house sports captin at my school aswell but i was lazy and made the vice captin to all the work :p
sound like you have a lot to organise aswell, all we had was a sports day and a few dodgy small tornaments

Our school is split up into 6 different houses, all consisting of a class of year 10's, year 9's, year 8's and year 7's.

Thats how we compete against each other in competitions.

Yeh, we have 3 really big sport days every year. The school started the cross country day this year aswel. So i guess next year that'll be counted as one of the big sport days aswel. So that'll make 4.

My school is split up into houses too. It's just a good way to encourage competition that's all.

I was going to run for School Captain this year, but i didnt because of the extra work load, i dont think id be able to handle year 12, work, and being school captain

Thanks Bennie Boy. Btw, Justine is going for sports leader aswel against Martina :O!

Stewy wasn't sure what to do, but thinks Martina would be a logical choice.

Houses are like teams or group of students for example you may have colours such as blue, red, yellow, green or trees in some places, beach, ash, etc
